Commissary Cooking - Tuna Herb Steak

Ingredients:
2-4 red tuna steaks
1 tbsp chopped shallots
1 tsp dried tarragon
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp black pepper
4 tsp lemon juice
Lemon slices
Lime slices
Instructions:
1. Put steaks, shallots, tarragon, oregano, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl, and let sit for 30 minutes
2. Put steaks on preheated grill
3. Flip steaks when they're opaque about halfway
4. Cook other side about the same amount, and remove from heat
5. Garnish with lemon and lime slices, and serve
