Philippines travel policy

  • Published
There has been no change in the travel restriction policy to the Republic of the Philippines following the explosion at the Glorietta-2 Mall Makati in Metro Manila on Oct. 19.

Travel to southern Philippines remains restricted per Pacific Command policy. According to policy, travel to other portions of the Philippines, including Metro Manila, is not restricted.

The final decision of travel to the Philippines is the commanders' discretion. If approved by individual commanders, travel to the Philippines is authorized providing all force protection travel plans have been approved.
