Colonel Kilb also directed humanitarian efforts on multiple occasions providing life-saving airlift and support to disaster stricken regions within the Pacific theater.

"Everyone in the Operations Group works with great professionalism, enthusiasm and honor," said Colonel Kilb. "I believe that they take great care of each other while providing superior support to the war-fighter."

During Colonel Kilb's command the 374 OG changed more than two major weapons systems while maintaining support through out the operations group area of responsibility in the Pacific region including Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.

"It has been my honor to see the warriors of the 374 OG do what they do everyday," said Colonel Kilb.

"My advice to Colonel Carey would be for him to enjoy the ride," said Colonel Kilb.

"This is a great mission with an outstanding team and great people which provides for a fantastic work environment."
