This weekend, Team Yokota will welcome approximately 200,000 of our Japanese friends and neighbors to this year's Japanese-American Friendship Festival. This event is the culmination of a lot of planning and preparation to ensure everyone enjoys a world-class event featuring exciting aircraft displays, great food, fun entertainment, and most importantly--friendship.
We look forward to sharing the same spirit of tomodachi our gracious hosts provide us whenever we venture forth to experience Japan.

Our Japanese brethren always take the time to help us when we ask a simple question or for a point in the right direction. This weekend is an opportunity for the "Best Wing in the Pacific" to reciprocate that honor.

I encourage each and every one of you to extend a hand to a stranger you may meet and continue being the good ambassadors Team Yokota is known for. Though we may not share the same language, we have the unique opportunity to experience each other's culture and celebrate our common bond as friends and allies.
