Airman 1st Class Roberto A. Pena, 374th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron electrical and environmental apprentice, stands in front of a C0130H Hercules with a rope wrapped around his neck that was used by participants in the C-130 pull event during the 374th Maintenance Group Wrenchbender Rodeo March 31, 2017, at Yokota Air Base, Japan.
