NKDB officials tour Tama Hills

A UH-1N Iroquois, assigned to the 459th Airlift Squadron, flies from U.S. Army Hardy Barracks Facility to Tama Hills Recreational Facility as part of a Yokota Air Base tour near Tokyo, Japan, Nov. 19, 2021. Yokota Air Base has a special relationship with its neighboring local leaders and communities, as it works to involve Airmen and locals with informational tours, base events, and cultural exchanges. The U.S. – Japan alliance is the cornerstone of allied security interests in Asia, and is founded on shared interests and values in regional stability, political, economic and personal freedoms. Yokota Air Base plays a strong role in helping Pacific Air Command continually develop and reinforce multinational cooperation relationships, which improves the ability maintain safe and stable air and space domains throughout the Indo-Pacific region.
