36th EAS members honor fallen Airman during Operation Christmas Drop

U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Lucas Crouch, Japan Air Self-Defense Force exchange officer and C-130H instructor pilot, waits for the ramp of a C-130J Super Hercules to open over Fananu atoll in the state of Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia, Dec. 9, 2022, during Operation Christmas Drop 2022. The aircraft, callsign SANTA 67, was the last mission flight of the OCD 2022 and was meant to honor the memory of Senior Airman Jeremy Jutba-Hake, a 36th Airlift Squadron loadmaster who passed away during Operation Christmas Drop in 2015. Jutba-Hake suffered heart complications during post-flight duties that led to his passing following an Operation Christmas Drop flight. (U.S. Air Force photo by Yasuo Osakabe)
