American Forces Network (AFN)
AFN-Tokyo, provides 24-hour radio and TV services to a principle audience of more than 300,000 U.S. military members, civilian employees, and family members across Japan.
AFN-Tokyo doubles as the Regional News Center for all Pacific military bases. The center collects news and information from U.S. military services in the region and packages them into a regional newscast: Pacific Report. Local news is disseminated to U.S. Forces in Japan through daily one minute updates that air on AFN Pacific, AFN Prime and AFN News.
AFN-Tokyo's AM radio service, Eagle 810, provides news and entertainment programming to U.S. Forces stationed throughout the Kanto Plain.
