3/26/2011 - Members from the 730th Air Mobility Squadron load pallets of bottled water onto a C-130 Hercules at Yokota Air Base, Japan. Two C-130s from the 36th Airlift Squadron made three trips each to deliver 180,000 pounds of water to Sendai, March 26, as part of a larger mission headed up by the Government of Japan to deliver one million pounds of fresh drinking water for people in northern Japan. The water was donated by Kounoike-Unyu-Hakushu; Asahi Soft Drink Co. Ltd., Fujisan Factory; Kirin Beverage Co. Ltd, Gotenba Factory, to aid in the relief effort.
