3/26/2011 - Col. Otto Feather and Chief Master Sgt. Benjamin Caro Jr. perform a preflight walk-around on a C-130H Hercules at Yokota Air Base, Japan, March 26, 2011. Colonel Feather, 374th Airlift Wing commander, flew five pallets of potable water to Sendai Airport to be distributed to Japanese citizens in need. Chief Caro, 374th AW command chief master sergeant, accompanied him to see the devastation caused by the March 11 earthquake and tsunami, as well as meet the Airmen helping to rebuild the eastern coast of Japan.
