Yokota stays environmentally sound
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Japanese workers at the recycling center sift through trash thrown out by the Yokota community. The workers do this to ensure recyclable material is separated from any items considered unrecyclable. The recycling program is just one of the proactive environmental issues the personnel at the 374th Civil Engineer Squadron's environmental flight uses in determining compliance with environmental laws.
