Medical Group simulates patient air evacuation

374th Medical Group personnel practice loading patients onto a C-130J Hercules on the Yokota AB flightline April 18, 2019 as part of patient movement air evacuation training. The training took place as part of a larger, group-wide training day that included various potential crises.
