Yokota celebrates Month of the Military Child
YOKKOTA AIR BASE, Japan --
Col. Julie Gaulin, 374th Airlift Wing vice commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Kenneth Hauck, 374th Operations Group command chief, signed a Month of the Military Child proclamation at Yokota Air Base, Japan, April 7, 2022.
Established in 1986 by former Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger, the Month of the Military Child is celebrated every April to recognize the approximately 1.6 million military children in the Department of Defense worldwide.
