YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan --   U.S. Air Force and Japan Air Self-Defense Force enlisted leaders from Yokota Air Base, Japan, gathered at Fifth Air Force headquarters to conduct a round-table discussion about increasing tensions in the Indo-Pacific, June 12, 2023. The discussion was led by U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Shawn Aiello, 5th AF command chief, and JASDF Warrant Officer Hiroki Kunasaka, JASDF Air Defense Command Senior Enlisted Advisor. During the meeting, USAF and JASDF leaders had candid talks about strategic understanding in the current operating environment.
