374th Maintenance Squadron Fabrication Flight
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan – Airman 1st Class Jacob Gordon, 374th Maintenance Squadron Nondestructive Inspection technician, looks over a piece of metal for cracks at Yokota Air Base, Japan, May 14, 2013. Any piece of equipment that can be magnetized can be checked for cracks. After being magnetized, a solution is poured over the piece. In the solution, there are magnetic particles that attract to any cracks in the piece of metal and when under a black light, they glow green.
