Yokota weather conditions prompt essential manning Published Feb. 9, 2014 By 374th Airlift Wing Public Affairs YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Due to inclement weather conditions, the commander of the 374th Airlift Wing has authorized minimum manning for Yokota Air Base Monday, Feb. 10. Only mission essential personnel are to report to work. Administrative leave is authorized for civilians. DODEA schools will be closed. Base residents should help clear their housing sidewalk and parking areas.
