Pacific Angel 17 concludes in Vietnam
Pacific Angel 17-2 team members pose for a photo following the closing ceremony of Pacific Angel (PACANGEL) 17-2 in Tam Ky, Quang Nam Province, Vietnam, Sept. 18, 2017. Beginning September 10, the U.S. partnered with several nations to provide general health, pediatrics, physical therapy, dental and optometry services as well as structural, plumbing and electrical engineering improvements to several locations in the Tam Ky area.
