Sexual Harassment, Article 134, UCMJ – An Airman First Class knowingly made unwanted sexual advances towards another Airman which were so severe, pervasive or repetitive that she perceived an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment. The Airman First Class accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to the grade of E-1, restriction to the limits of Yokota Air Base for 30 days, and a reprimand.
