Preschool Services for Children with Disabilities (PSCD) Program offered at Joan K Mendel Elementary School.

Preschool services are available to children from age three to six who exhibit significant developmental delays. Eligible children demonstrate a developmental delay in one or more of the following areas: physical, speech/language, cognitive, social/emotional, and self-help or adaptive behavior. Services for this program range from the center or school based program supported by a professional pre-school special education teacher.

Registration for elementary, middle and high school students at Yokota is done individually through each school's registrar office.

School Advisory Committees (SAC) and Installation Advisory Committees (IAC) are forums that offer two-way communication between the school, community and base leadership to assure a positive academic environment for those students who attend DoDEA schools.

The School Nutrition software, including the free and reduced meal application system, will be migrating to the new LINQ system before the beginning of the '23-'24 school year.
