Need Face-to-face Military Personnel Support? MPS services are available on an appointment only basis to minimize wait times. We are accepting walk-ins for emergencies only, as determined by the MPS, or to drop off paperwork. Customers are also welcome to contact MPS customer support at 225-9913 or 374fss.fsmps@yokota.af.mil with any questions.

-new common access cards (CACs)
-new identification cards (IDs)
-government passports
-foreign marriage approvals
-official Visas
-passport out-processing
-DEROS extension/curtailments
-newborn passport and consular reports
-early return of dependents (ERD)
-reenlistments/extensions
-PSC final out-processing
-dependents remaining overseas (DRO)
-retirements/separations
-career status bonus
-command sponsorship
