The Samurai Challenge is a 12-month series of physical fitness events designed to test strength, enhance unit camaraderie, and serve as a proving ground for warrior ethos across Yokota Air Base. Points are based on both completion and performance. The winning unit, who accumulates the most points throughout these efforts, will be awarded the Samurai Cup and bragging rights in May 2026.
