Kanto Plain Special Olympics

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Koichi Yamada, from AMC Sports Club, heads down the homestretch of the 200-meter dash May 23 during the 30th Annual Kanto Plain Special Olympics at Yokota's Bonk Field.
