YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Master Sgt. Rodney Brown, 374th Maintenance Squadron assistant maintenance flight chief, explains to Japan Air Self-Defense Force maintenance officer cadets the mechanical work being performed on the propeller of a C-130 Hercules inside isochronal dock during a tour of aircraft maintenance facilities at Yokota Air Base, Japan, March 19, 2013. The 374th Maintenance Group provided an opportunity for the cadets to get hands on experience with maintenance equipment and gain a better understanding of American processes and procedures. This not only helps strengthen the bilateral relationship of U.S. and Japan, but provides valuable information to take back to their organizations.
