YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Members from the 374th Surgical Operations Squadron perform a septorhinoplasty, a procedure performed to reconstruct a nasal passage and improve a patients breathing by reconstructing the cartilaginous and bony structure of the nose, at Yokota's base hospital, Nov. 9, 2011.
