YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- The heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in facilities around Yokota Air Base, Japan, were turned off April 18 as part of the No Heat, No Cool program. This program helps support energy conservation efforts on base, which has become even more important due to the power shortages being caused by the devastation resulting from the March 11 earthquake and tsunami.(U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Krystal M.
