Maintainers create mount to monitor Fukushima
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- A sheet of metal sits here inside the metals technology shop March 28, 2011. Airmen from the 374th Maintenance Squadron aircraft structural maintenance flight used the metal to create a mount to hold equipment that will monitor radiation levels near the nuclear reactors in Fukushima. The project is one more way Team Yokota has supported Operation Tomodachi. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Andrea Salazar)
