Tech. Sgt. Eugene D. Scott

SENDAI AIRPORT, Japan -- Tech. Sgt. Eugene Scott stands in the passenger terminal of Sendai Airport, Japan, March 28. Sergeant Scott is an augmentee from Misawa Air Base, serving as a translator for American forces helping to rebuild Sendai. He said, "As prayers go out to Japan, it is very heartfelt to be able to assist Japan in their time of need. Assisting the Japanese military and the International Civil Aviation Organization has brought out the true meaning of 'Working together, we can accomplish anything.'"
