Airmen fabricate parts for Fukushima emergency responders
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- A drill bit used on a computer numerical controller that is being used to make flanges for Japanese fire trucks here March 25. After completed, Australian engineers will pass them to Japanese relief workers who can use the newly created flanges to help cool down the nuclear reactors and help stabilize the nuclear power plant in Japan.
