Supporting Operation Tomodachi
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Members from the 374th Logistics Readiness Squadron and 374th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron work together to load heavy cargo at Yokota Air Base, March 25. This payload will help sustain relief operations taking place at Misawa Air Base. Since the March 11 earthquake and tsunami, Yokota's C-130s play a critical role in ongoing relief efforts rapidly providing supplies where they are needed most. (U.S. Air Force photo/Osakabe Yasuo)
