Re-dedication ceremony honors fallen firefighters

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Yoshiya Tsuzuki,a Kumano Shrine Shinto priest, performs a traditional blessing during the Memorial Garden Re-Dedication ceremony here Feb. 16.
