Yokota celebrates opening of new fine dining resturant
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Col. Otto Feather, 374th Airlift Wing commander (right) along with Mr. Masayuki "Chico" Nakamura (center) and Mr. Ted Watson, Officer's Club manager, cut the grand opening ribbon for the brand new Chico's Chop House and Seafood Grill, here Jan. 12.
