Taking the lead

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Tomoaki Ishikawa, from nearby Ome Gakuen school, takes the lead in the 200 meter run. Yokota Air Base has hosted the Kanto Plain Special Olympics for the past 30 years.
