YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Kiku Sensei, the assistant instructor for the Tanabata Dancers, leads the class in a circle dance performed at many festivals. The Yokota Tanabata Dancers were started by Masako Collins in 1973 to promote goodwill and friendship to the Japanese by joining in local summer festivities.
