YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- After a seven-year construction plan, a Grand Opening is held for Yokota's newest Air Traffic Control Tower and RAPCON, Jan. 22. The 374th Operation Support Squadron and Japan Air Self-Defense Force work together to control the airspace of 8,000 square miles, which is roughly the size of New Jersey.
