The 29th Frostbite Road Race

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Yokota Striders Running Club sponsored the 29th Annual Frostbite Race here, Jan. 17. It was great weather with a clear view of Mt. Fuji, when 9,000 runners participated in the event. Youichi Kouno won first place by 1:07:08. Kouno was the second place last year. (U.S. Air Force photo/Osakabe Yasuo)
