YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Tech. Sgt. Harry Kibbe, 374th Airlift Wing, drinks from his canteen Dec. 8 during an operational readiness inspection conducted by the Pacific Air Forces Inspector General. Maintaining proper hydration and rest discipline helps offset the adverse effects of thermal build-up, dehydration and associated stress factors. Airmen should only use water in their canteens unless otherwise directed.
