Fire prevention week set for Oct. 13-17
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- A teacher leads her students at Joan K. Mendel Elementary School from the building during a scheduled fire drill. Fire prevention week is set for Oct.13-17. During fire prevention week the Yokota Fire Department will sponsor activities for children across the base to educate children and their parents on fire prevention and detection.
