Neither snow, nor rain

NARITA, Japan -- Tech. Sgt. Dave Edwards, Det. 2 Pacific Air Forces Air Postal Squadron NCO in charge of mail control agents, secures a cart of registered mail July 31 at Narita International Airport. All registered mail is monitored from arrival to take off to ensure its safety. The squadron of 11 military and seven Japanese members handles nearly 30 million pounds of mail each year for all of mainland Japan.
