Yokota safety and sports day

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Capt. Nathan Frost, 5th Air Force, won the Samurai Challenge triathlon with a time of 44 minutes, 20 seconds May 21 at Yokota's Safety and Sports Day. The triathletes completed a 400-meter swim, 10K bike course and a 3-mile run. Airman 1st Class Blake Navarrette, 374th Medical Operations Squadron, finished second and Lora Kerr came in third. Safety and sports day helped the base kickoff the 101 Critical Days of Summer, which runs through Labor Day. (U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt. Matt Summers)
