Yokota safety and sports day

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Airman 1st Class Blake Navarrette, 374th Medical Operations Squadron, nears the finish of the bike portion of the Samurai Challenge triathlon May 21 during Yokota's Safety and Sports Day. The triathletes completed a 400-meter swim, 10K bike course and a 3-mile run. Capt. Nathan Frost, 5th Air Force, came in first in a time of 44 minutes, 20 seconds. Airman Navarrette finished second and Lora Kerr came in third. Safety and sports day helped the base kickoff the 101 Critical Days of Summer, which runs through Labor Day.
