Fitness Latin style
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Hiromi Arita takes part in Yokota's Latin American Club first-ever Zumbathon May 9 at the Samurai Fitness Center. More than 75 people worked out during the three-hour Zumba session. Zumba, which combines Latin music and dance with easy to follow moves, is currently one of the fastest growing fitness programs in the world.
