Let's get cookin'
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Anabell O'Brien dices cabbage for tonkatsu, or pork cutlet, March 24 during a Japanese cooking class at the Airman and Family Readiness Center. The center offers free cooking classes the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Instructors teach mainly Japanese dishes, although guest instructors may occasionally teach other nation's cuisines. Each class is limited to the first eight people to sign up.
