Yokota hosts 28th Annual Frostbite Road Race

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan- Yokota Striders Running Club sponsored the 28th Annual Frostbite Road Race here, Jan.18. Even the cold weather could not stop the more than 8,500 runners from participating in the event. Thomas Frazer (Navy spouse from Yokosuka Naval Base, Japan) and Youichi Kouno ran a dead heat.
