Flu Shot
Airman 1st Class Megan Morales, from the 374th Medical Operations Squadron, administers a flu shot to Staff Sgt. Harry Kibbe, from the 374th Airlift Wing public affairs office, at the chapel, during the yearly flu shot vaccination Nov. 3rd on Yokota Air Base.
