U.S Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician Senior Chief Mark Morgan assigned to EOD Mobile Unit 5, Yokosuka, Japan, rappels out of a UH-1N Huey June 25, 2014 at Yokota Air Base, Japan.
