Yokota congratulates JASDF Operations Support Wing
Col. Mark August, 374th Airlift Wing commander, speaks with Col. Shizuo Kashiwase, Japan Air Self-Defense Force, Operations Support Wing commander, following a ceremony March 26, 2014, at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The JASDF Defense Operations Group, located at Yokota, was redesignated as the Operations Support Wing. "I believe that our relationship will continue to grow and expand," August said in his speech. "Yokota is a strategic center of gravity and a critical element of our two nations' commitment to maintaining regional stability."
