Yokota school fights childhood obesity
Airman 1st Class Emmanuel Jacobs and Michelle Jacobs, 374 Force Support Squadron fitness specialists, teach Yokota West elementary school students burpees on March 20, 2014, at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The students completed a 10-week long fitness program, Club 2-1-5-0, which encouraged students to reduce their TV time to two hours, engage in physical activity for at least one hour, eat five servings of fruit and vegetables and to drink only zero calorie beverages.
