Tactical fitness keeps Airmen combat ready
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Tech. Sgt. Tyler Masters, American Forces Network, stretches during a tactical fitness training class Sept. 11, 2013, held in the Samurai Fitness Center at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The one-hour class is held during lunchtime to help incorporate fitness into participant’s workday.
