Tactical fitness keeps Airmen combat ready

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan-- Instructor Wes Herche, completes a thruster during a tactical fitness training class Sept. 11, 2013, at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The class is held Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Samurai Fitness Center. Combat fitness is a CrossFit style type of workout combining strength training and endurance for a well-balanced all over body workout.
