The power behind airlift: 374 MXS Propulsion flight

The 374th Maintenance Squadron propulsion flight’s area of responsibility encompasses Yokota as well as Kadena Air Base totaling 109 T56 engines and 122 54H60 propellers. They also provide engine and propeller support to all active duty, guard and reserve C-130s within their AOR. They have supported operations such as Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, Cope North, Joint Force, Keen Sword, Keen Edge, Cope Thunder, Tomodachi and Christmas Drop.
